My interest in cooking grew when the hubs and I moved into our first home. We had the freedom to stock the fridge with our own groceries and at liberty to entertain our friends over dinner. But my interest in cooking really took off when we learnt to cook together, exploring different recipes as husband & wife playing in the kitchen…often with the help of a bottle of wine, keeping us in good spirits! Who would have thought that we can cure our own bacon, make our own ricotta cheese and bake our own breads? Yes we can!
