When we were kids, we were often asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Truth be told, I left school with no burning desire to be a doctor, lawyer or accountant. I was an accidental banker for the most of my 25 years working. And until a couple of years ago, I was still asking myself that question…What is it really that I want to do?
Then after a stint running my own Bistro-Bar with the hubs, and a year and a half chilling out, baking breads, working at a caterers, experimenting in my kitchen, I think I finally know what I want to do.
I want to cook, I take pleasure in feeding people, in creating surprising combinations of deliciousness! I enjoy having my own space and making it beautiful, spending time with the family, meeting new people, trying new wines, exploring the world of sakes…exploring THE World!! So after many years of working for people, I am embarking on a project where I do what I enjoy, where I am Celina’s Celina, the challenge is in making that work for me.
